  1. Make sure the following are documented:
  • Smart transmitter serial number
  • Sensor serial number
  • Insertion date
  • Transmitter FW version
  • App version
  • Country
 Confirm values in system match user reported values. If different, record new values.
  1. Customer Complains of (be specific):
 Clarify whether it is hard to press the button or if the transmitter does not respond at all.
  1. Does the transmitter LED light up/flash within 30 minutes of being placed on charge: Yes/no?
 If no, and the LED will not light up, switch to Issue Code PS2.
  1. Does the LED show a continuous green LED within 20 minutes of the LED lighting up when on charge: Yes/no?
 If no, and the charge is not completing, switch to Issue Code PS1.
 
  1. Does the LED flash and the transmitter vibrate if the button of the charged transmitter is pressed hard for 6 seconds: Yes/no?
 The transmitter should vibrate at 5 seconds and the LED should flash orange when the button is released.
If the response is no, or if the user struggles to press the button firmly enough to get this response, the transmitter should be replaced with one that has the most recent firmware.
